Making you the priority

The best real estate experience starts with being understood.

Working with health care professionals has been a meaningful part of my work for over 17 years. With over 6 years in real estate, my passion is improving the home buying and selling process by connecting people to mastery-focused, hyper-local agents in their region.

I value making you my priority. That means taking the time to understand your needs, asking better questions, and bringing forward the information and resources that help you make the best decisions for your future.

I was born and raised in Maine and reside in the Portland, Maine region with my family. I hold two college degrees, including a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition, and spend as much time as possible enjoying the skiing, hiking, and beaches Maine has to offer.

Grounded in the work

The skills behind the service.

Before real estate, I spent over 17 years as an assistant director. That work required the same capabilities a successful real estate business depends on: leading people, managing competing priorities, coordinating details, communicating clearly, and following through.

Those skills are now at the center of how I work with clients and partners. I bring structure to complex decisions, stay attentive to the details, and build the kind of relationships that make a business—and a move—work well.

Client perspective

Thoughtful guidance is felt in the details.

The most meaningful measure of a real estate experience is how supported, informed, and cared for you feel along the way. These five-star Google reviews share that experience in clients’ own words.

Client Reviews

01 / 8

“My husband and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible experience we had working with our real estate agent, Colleen, to find our first home!”

“From the very beginning, Colleen took the time to understand our goals, answered every question, and guided us through each step of the home-buying process with confidence and care. With her effective communication skills, she went above and beyond to make what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting, manageable and stress-free. In fact, Colleen was able to negotiate 30K under appraisal in today’s market…in a seller’s market!”

“We felt that our best interests were the priority, and their expertise and dedication helped us find a home we absolutely love. We could not have asked for a better person to have by our side for such an important milestone.”

“If you are looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares about her clients and goes the extra mile, we highly recommended Colleen! We are so thankful she helped us turn our dream of owning our first home into reality!!”

Maine rooted

Place matters. So does the way you feel in it.

The Portland region has a distinct rhythm: old neighborhoods, working waterfronts, thoughtful architecture, and the kind of landscapes that make you want to stay awhile. I bring that sense of place to the search, whether your next address is nearby or somewhere farther away.

When the fit is right, a home is more than a transaction. It is a setting for the life you are building next.

How I work

A clear process can still feel human.

01

Listen closely

Your timeline, your questions, and your definition of home are the starting point for every conversation.

02

Connect deliberately

The right agent or lender can change the experience. Introductions should be thoughtful, relevant, and built around your needs.

03

Stay close to the details

Good guidance is practical. It helps you understand the choices in front of you and move forward with confidence.

Direct connection

Questions are always a good place to begin.

Share where you are in the process, what you are considering, or what you would like to understand. I will use that context to make the first conversation useful and specific to you.
